ASTM A53 Grade B Steel Pipe
A53 SCH 40 Carbon Steel Pipe
ASME SA 53 Grade B Seamless Pipe
The ASTM A53 Grade B carbon steel seamless pipes have shared strength with A106 and API 5L. They possess the yield strength of 240 Mpa and tensile strength of 513 Mpa. This improved strength comes from the chrome or the chromium component. These A53 grade B alloy are used for large projects, industrial work, pipelines, petrochemicals, and more. These pipes are durable and work in extreme conditions, making them widely used across the sectors. They are also relatively inexpensive and gives value for money. High alloyed elements are used to build the ASTM A53 carbon steel seamless pipes.
These pipes are made in different sizes ranging from ½” to 36” and different thicknesses ranging from 3 to 12 mm. The product is made available as per customer demands and said specifications. Various commercial sectors like offshore oil drilling companies, Pharmaceutical equipment, chemical equipment, power generation, gas processing, specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, seawater equipment, heat exchangers, condensers, pulp and paper industry, petrochemicals have daily industry applications, where the ASTM A53 Grade B carbon steel seamless pipes are actively used. The product also undergoes various quality tests before dispatching it to our end consumers. We provide on-time delivery and expert supervision with all the necessary certifications.
N-Pipe Solutions Inc. is a major supplier of Carbon Steel Seamless pipes from India. We provide high-quality pipes to clients throughout the world. For ordering material to ASTM A53 specification following details are required
The steel shall be killed steel, with the primary melting process being open-hearth, basic-oxygen, or electric-furnace, possibly combined with separate degassing or refining.
Steel cast in ingots or strand cast is permissible
For pipe NPS 1-1/2 and under, it shall be permissible to furnish hot finished or cold drawn.
For pipe NPS 2 [DN 50] and over shall be furnished hot finished.
Pipes manufactured by the cold-drawn process must be supplied in Normalized conditions
Pipes manufactured by the Hot finished does not require and heat treatment process.
